The Ten Letters:

   1.    The “Lottery” reactivation letter. This letter stresses the importance of periodic maintenance care and prevention in being pain free. Offers a discount coupon for those who take you up on the offer of further treatment.

2.   The “Queen of Hearts” reactivation letter. Encourages your existing patients to refer others to you for care and receive free bonus treatments themselves for doing so. The refer gets care, the new patient starts care and you get an on-going new source of patients!

2a. The “Joker” reactivation letter. Similar to the “Queen of Hearts” card this again invites your patients to refer a friend or family member for a subsidized treatment whilst benefiting from a free follow up treatment themselves.

3.   The “We’ve been looking for you” reactivation letter. A nice simple letter asking your patients if they still require care or why they left. Not only does it get patients to return but more importantly it gives you some insight into why your patients may not be returning and allows you to plug the holes and prevent further patient loss

4.   The “Pre-Holiday Checklist” reactivation letter. These letters (there are two one stressing the need for a check-up and one the importance of being pain free whilst away) invite your patients to attend before their holidays for a check-up. All those who attend will receive a holiday “survival package to take with them

4a. The “Pre-Christmas Checklist” reactivation letter. The two Pre-Christmas Checklists are similar and differ only in the fact that one stresses being pain free and the offer encourages maintenance care to prevent suffering over the Christmas period. Like the pre-holiday letters both of these offer an exclusive Christmas “freebie” when patients come in for care.

5.    The “Maintenance or Repair” reactivation letter. This letter invites your patients and their families the chance to undergo a full body M.O.T. and service to keep themselves in peak condition by highlighting the depth of your examinations and treatments.

6.   The “Now That’s Magic” reactivation letter. Explaining how real heal comes from inside and how it is the choices we make which promote health – anything else is just medical trickery.

7.    The “Soldier” reactivation letter. Loaded with military terminology this letter light-heartedly explains how maintenance really is the body’s best defence and they need to call HQ immediately to return for care.

8.    The “Mind Reading” reactivation letter. This letter simply explains how even though patients “think” they haven’t got time for treatment or they “think” they’re okay – symptoms are not a good indication of how they really are and that it is wise to return.

9.   The “Patch or Repair” reactivation letter. Show the reader the differences between symptom / pain relief care and wellness care and (whilst not judging them for their treatment choice) explains whichever they decide you’ll be there to keep them pain free and on the way to health.

10.   The “We’ll Miss You” reactivation letter. This letter explains that whilst it has been a pleasure to look after the patient in question because they haven’t received treatment for quite some time their file will become inactive and they will need to undergo a full consultation and reactivation – unless they come in now to keep their records up-to-date.
