     What is "The Reactivation Goldmine Letters" package?

The package consists of a CD containing the editable Word document files for the 10 reactivation letters, bonus graphics and pictures and an audio disc.

     Why have you included extra graphics? I thought the letters could be used as they are. 

The letters need only minor alterations for you to insert your own clinic details and patient’s name (if you want to personalize your mailings). This is incredibly easy to do as the documents can be quickly altered in Microsoft Word. There are also extra graphics included so you can customize the letters further (should you wish) – but there is no need to do this unless you specifically want to.   

   Will the letters work in the U.K. / U.S.A? 

Most definitely yes!

In fact these letters have even been resized to fit both European and American sized paper and where necessary additional graphics are included to customize the letter to the individual country. 

     Do the letters come with a guarantee? 

This is a very good question and the answer is YES.

Even though I don’t know anything about how you practice, what you practice or how good you are at it - I do know that even if you’re just pretty average and your patients have just slipped through the cracks and disappeared due to a change of routine etc. then these letters will work and bring floods of them back. 

     Why are you including an audio CD with the letters? 

The audio covers why you should be reactivating your past clients and how best to do it. It also gives you some further information on the letters and how best to use them so you get the most from them.
